SPECIAL NOTE:  Mini Bikes are BACK as a new Class 8.99 to 19.99 . . !  Yes - you have to have driver's license.

$15 General Admission.   Admission AND Tech Card to make passes only $25.  Children 12 and under FREE with adult.

IHRA IRONMAN "COLLECTORS" CHALLENGE - for September 5th.  This is a $5K GUARANTEED for Super Pro, $1K PRO, Sportsman, 100% Juniors and Bikes ==>

• With the MAJOR CHANGES in IHRA (not there) - and the non-location of Memphis as Bracket Finals Location options were limited.  Racers have owned the right to earn points and compete against others in the division finals AND advance to World Finals.  Bill Bader and a number of track owners/participants have helped with the overall coordination and below is the proposed schedule and location to advance to a SPORTMAN WORLD FINALS.  As it affects Music City Raceway the location is Etheridge Motorsports Park.

Items of note: 

  • For Music City Raceway Points will continue through 10/3 and have been posted after every race to date and are on-line (this website - link above).
  • Music City Track Champion Points will continue through 11/14.
  • With participating track owners shared involvement - teams to be submitted and confirmed amongst Rick G., John B., Jody B. and participarting tracks.
  • Final Team submisson and confirmation after 10/3 for Music City Raceway.  Separate posting and web section will confirm team Music City Raceway participants.  More coming and wanted to get this out ASAP for Team Music City!
  • More details on this race including pre-planning, event schedule, directions and specific activities.

Directions to Music City Raceway (use your navigator) - 3302 Ivy Point Road, Goodlettsville, TN.  From Nashville, take I-65 north to the Long Hollow Pike exit (#97) and turn left. Turn right at Dickerson Rd. and go 1 mile just past the campground and turn left (at lights) onto Old Springfield Rd. Go approx. 4 miles staying on the left side (the road splits at the stop sign stay left). Turn a sharp right at the top of a steep hill onto Union Hill/Greer Rd (just before the gas station/convenience store). Go approx. 1 1/2 miles & turn left onto Ivy Point Road (just before the church). The racetrack is on the right 1/2 mile.

Celebrating 68 Years of Drag Racing . . . established in 1958 and initially known as Union Hill Raceway or "The Hill" for the first 25 years, Music City Raceway is now in its 67th year of operation.  We welcome you to visit us and race with us.  Our racing season starts with time trials and runs "March through November" with a number of racing events throughout the week.
